'All That Jazz'

During the spring of 2000 a few friends and I went to New Orleans to party at
Jazz Fest. I left my group for a day to wander around the city and spend some
quality time with my Canon. When I turned off Bourbon street I stumbled
upon this and it was almost as if someone set up the picture for me.
